We love Grandmas!!

So it's been almost a week since the Grandmas left. It has been weird adjusting to just us especially since Gma Aitchison was here for 3 weeks. I just wanted to let Gma Aitchison and Gma Rowley know that we love them and miss them!!

Silas's blog

So, Silas hates that I started a blog on blogspot because he has spent a lot of time making our family website from scratch. Anyway, today he made his own blog on the website which he has named The Home Schooler Chronicles. He's pretty funny.

Sunday best

Sunday was Grant's first time going to church. Yes, I took him to church. Cleod's primary program is next week and he is so excited about it so I wanted him to be at church. Anyway, here are my 3 cuties in their Sunday attire. (Grant's pretty much the best baby...knock on wood. He wakes up twice at night to eat and then goes right back to sleep and he eats every 4 hours during the day so I don't feel like I am constantly nursing. He's an angel basically.)

Outings

So, yesterday we went out for the first time with Grant. Yes he was only 2 days old, but if you've ever eaten at Pastry Pub in Cedar City you might understand. Grant slept the whole time and although Ryan had a minor meltdown, it was a successful outing.

Today on the other hand we had a very unsuccessful outing. First we went to Silas's work to show him off. That was fine. Then we went to Wal-Mart. It was a quick trip because I want a new carseat, but even though we weren't there long it was ridiculous. Luckily Silas's mom was with me, but all three boys were sad or naughty. Cleod didn't listen to anything, Ryan was crying over broccoli (screaming actually) and Grant cried the whole time we were in line to checkout. SO I am not taking them all out to a store for a very long time!

The boys are doing really well with Grant himself but having some breakdowns because of the changes and all the people that are coming and going. They have had too many adults telling them 'no' for the last few days. I am hoping the next few days we will be able to relax a little more and they won't feel so pushed around.

Check out more pictures of Grant on our website: www.thehomebodys.com.

Grant James Aitchison

At 2:30pm we welcomed Grant James Aitchison into our family.
He weighed in at 8lbs 2oz. and is 20 1/2 inches long.
Enjoy the pictures, cause he's beautiful.

Pumpkin Patch

We just found out that there is a pumpkin patch in Paragonah, about 20 miles from Cedar so we took a road trip. The boys had fun picking their very own little ones.

My preppy boys...

I finally got out the boys' warm clothes and realized that I had some matching shirts. (Cleod's looks too small even though it's a 5T and he's not even 4.) The are pretty much the cutest ever.
Ryan is saying cheese with crackers in his mouth, by the way.
