SNOW DAY and hair cuts

Monday, February 1st-

Today we woke up to a TON of snow. We are used to snow here, but there was so much snowfall during the night that the plows had a hard time this morning and so the school district as well as SUU called a SNOW DAY! That hasn't happened in Iron County for more than 60 years. It is kind of exciting. Silas wasn't feeling well anyway, so he called in sick at work and we have just hung out at home.
From the backyard, in the morning. There was
a lot more accumulation during the day.
Our driveway. It took several trips out and some
help from kind neighbors for me to get the cars uncovered.
The boys are mostly feeling better so we started the morning with some much needed chores. They don't love it but it felt so much better to have a little bit of organization after a lazy weekend. Afterward, I cut all three boys' hair, another much needed task.
